Only registered attendees of New Years Furry Ball are permitted to sell in the Dealers Den

Dealers Den Hours:

Dec 30th: 1pm - 10pm
Dec 31st: 1pm - 10pm
Meal break both days: 6-7pm

DIMENSIONS & PRICING

Tables in the Dealers Den are 60in by 36in. Each table will be provided with a single tablecloth and two chairs.

This year the cost for a table is $160.00.

This includes your event attendance, but a separate registration will need to be made for your assistant (should you have one).

ACCOMMODATIONS

Our Dealer's Den is located in Canterbury, we will have 20 tables available for our vendors. We ask that NSFW content is not publicly displayed, please cover it and only show on attendee request. There are children that attend this event.

INTERNET ACCESS

WIFI is provided by the hotel, however cellular service in the area is not always reliable. Please be prepared for a weak signal during dealing at NYFB.

ELECTRICITY

The hotel provides power to the tables free of charge, but please let us know ahead of time if your table specifically requires a power hookup in your application.

Application Instructions

In order to purchase a table for the Dealers Den, please apply using the link at the top of this page. From there you will be able to fill out your application.

After your online application is completed you will be sent an email confirming that your application was received.

If you are approved, you will receive an ADDITIONAL email with info on dealer rules and a link to pay for your table online via credit card.

All applicants are subject to be placed on a waiting list, you will be notified via email if a slot becomes available.

There is a dedicated block of rooms set aside for dealers this year in the hotel! 10 King and 10 Double rooms will be held for vendors only.
Once you have paid for your table and finished your registration, the link to reserve a room- should you need one- will be in your confirmation email.
Any rooms left unclaimed after Nov 30 will be released back into the public room block on Dec 1.

PRE-event INFORMATIOn

Prior to the event approved dealers will be sent an email with setup locations. A map for setup will be included at the Dealers Den entrance.

You may pick up your badges on Dec 29th from Con Ops (hours TBD), and on Dec 30th from Registration (timing TBD). You will need your badge to open your table on the 30th. The Dealers Den will be attended by a manager, look for someone wearing a staff ribbon if you need assistance.

Dealer RULES

The following rules apply to all dealers at New Years Furry Ball:

The Furst State Foundation prohibits the sale or offer for sale at NYFB of items that reproduce third parties' intellectual property without the express written permission from the owner. Works created with the use of Generative AI tools are not permitted to be sold in the den. The Furst State Foundation reserves the right in its sole discretion to require the removal of any articles that violate this policy. The Furst State Foundation reserves the sole right at refusal to comply with this policy in an appropriate manner to revoke privileges of conducting commerce at NYFB and removal from the event.

Dealers must be at least 18 years old to vend at our event.

Excessively loud speakers, bright lights, or any other device that may disrupt customers in the Den are prohibited.

Adult art is allowed to be publicly on display in the dealers den. Genitalia must be covered with stickers, posted notes, etc. Adult and safe for work materials can be displayed with these censorships in mind.

Works created with the use of Generative AI tools are not permitted to be sold in the den.

We ask that each table is kept to maximum of two people sitting behind it. Please keep additional inventory under your table. No items may restrict customer traffic. If you feel anyone is breaking these rules, contact the Dealers Den manager or someone on staff.

Horseplay and disruptive activity is not allowed in the Dealers Den. The Furst State Foundation is not responsible for injuries, or broken merchandise caused by any dealer or member.

Staff for NYFB reserves the right to refuse service to any person or entity. If anyone is disruptive, ignores the rules, or harasses other persons and is not amenable to correction, The Furst State will take the appropriate action, up to and including removal the offender from the event.

The Dealers Den manager has final say on what is and isn’t allowed to be displayed in the Den. Please refer to them if you are unsure if something is allowed.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If for some reason you are unable to attend the event, please inform us as quickly as possible. It’s unfair to the dealers on the waiting list to keep them waiting until it is too late for them to make travel arrangements. We will only grant refunds if cancellation is made by December 13th. Refunds are subject on our ability to resell the table.

  • November 30th: Table payment due date; Unbooked rooms return to attendee block

  • December 5th: Final date for refund(Pending ability to fill your table)
