When is the deadline to submit a panel?

November 1st

Who can host a panel?

Any pre-registered attendee!
If you would like to host a panel but you have not pre-registered, please click here to pre-reg. 

What time slots are available?

Panels at NYFB will run from:
12pm - 11pm on December 30th
11am - 10pm on December 31st.

Can I give away door prizes at my panel? 

Yes! However, any adult themed prizes must be during 18+ panels only.

What kind of topics can I submit?

Panel submissions must clarify if it 18+ or not. Sorry, no food or drink giveaways allowed. Example topics include:

• Meetup for furries from a certain area, species-specific meetups, meetups for fans of a certain media

• Skillshares: how to sew a tail, how to start your novel, how to build a website

• Games: host a board game, tabletop game, or card game

• Discussions: round table discussions for furries in a certain career path, religion, species, fandom, etc

• Educational: how to avoid con crud, internet scams, how to safely partake in bondage, history of kink and furry, etc

• And more! Be creative, submit your idea - we’ll get in touch!

NYFB Panel rules and policies

Panel submissions must clarify if it 18+ or not. While discussion of adult topics will be allowed, demonstration of or engaging in sexual acts will not be. Check the NYFB Standards of Conduct for more details. 

• NYFB will supply a TV and your preferred seating arrangements for your panel. You must provide any laptops/computers/tablets, HDMI cables, power cords, drawing supplies, craft supplies, etc.

• As mentioned above: sorry, you can’t give away food at your panel!
