Dealer Info

Only registered attendees of New Years Furry Ball are permitted to sell in the Dealers Den.

Applications for the Dealers Den are closed, we will update with the Dealers Den map soon.




Tables in the Dealers Den are 6ft. by 36in. Each table will be provided with a single tablecloth and two chairs.

This year the cost for a table is $20.00.

A table does not include membership, you must purchase a membership to have a table.


Our Dealers Den is located in the Fort Casmir room. We ask that NSFW content is not publicly displayed, please cover it and only show on attendee request. There are children that attend this event.


WIFI is provided by the hotel, however cellular service in the area is not always reliable. Please be prepared for a weak signal during dealing at NYFB.


The hotel provides power to the tables free of charge, but please let us know ahead of time if your table specifically requires a power hookup in your application.

Application Instructions

In order to purchase a table for the Dealers Den, please apply using the link at the top of this page. From there you will be able to fill out your application.

After your online application is completed you will be sent an email confirming that your application was received.

If you are approved, you will receive an email with info on dealer rules and a link to pay for your table and membership(s) online via credit card. If you have already registered for the event and get approved after the fact, let us know so we can deduct that from the table cost.

Applications which are not approved are put on a waiting list. If you are notified that you have been placed on the waiting list and are planning to attend the convention even if you do not get tables, you may purchase a membership separately from your tables. Please let us know if you get approved and have already purchased a membership so we can deduct it from your table cost.


Prior to the event approved dealers will be sent an email with setup locations, a map for setup will also be included at the Dealers Den entrance.

When you arrive at NYFB please head to the registration desk in order to get your badge. The Dealers Den will be attended by a manager, look for someone wearing a staff ribbon if you need help.

Dealer RULES

The following rules apply to all dealers at New Years Furry Ball:

The Furst State Foundation prohibits the sale or offer for sale at NYFB of items that reproduce third parties’ intellectual property without the express written permission from the owner. The Furst State Foundation reserves the right in its sole discretion to require the removal of any articles that violate this policy. The Furst State Foundation reserves the sole right to refusal to comply with this policy in any appropriate manner including revocation of privileges to conduct commerce at NYFB and removal from NYFB.

Excessively loud speakers, bright lights, or any other device that may disrupt customers in the Den are prohibited.

Adult art is not allowed to be publicly on display in the dealers den. Genitalia must be covered with stickers, posted notes, etc. Adult and safe for work materials should be kept separate. It is the responsibility of those dealing to ensure minors are not handling their adult content. Dealers who are found to be openly displaying adult content repeatedly will be removed from the Dealers Den with no refund.

We ask that each table is kept to maximum of two people sitting behind it. Please keep additional inventory under your table. No items may restrict customer traffic. If you feel anyone is breaking these rules, contact the Dealers Den manager or someone on staff.

Horseplay and disruptive activity is not allowed in the Dealers Den. The Furst State Foundation is not responsible for injuries, or broken merchandise caused by any dealer or member.

Staff for NYFB reserves the right to refuse service to any person or entity. If anyone is disruptive, ignores the rules, or harasses other persons and is not amenable to correction, The Furst State Foundation will take the appropriate action, up to and including removal the offender from the event.

The Dealers Den manager has final say on what is and isn’t allowed to be displayed in the Den. Please refer to them if you are unsure if something is allowed.


If for some reason you are unable to attend the event, please inform us as quickly as possible. It’s unfair to the dealers on the waiting list to keep them waiting until it is too late for them to make travel arrangements. We will only grant refunds if cancellation is made by November 1st, 2019. After that date, refunds are subject on our ability to resell the table.
